Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at Sensory Scents!

   If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we're here to help.  You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

   Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.  You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer's policies.

   You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any return item(s). Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

   Please note that refunds will not be offered if you fail to follow the safety and recommended usage information provided with all purchases.  Refunds will not be offered if you happen to dislike the fragrance you have chosen or the colors are not pleasing.  If there is something wrong with the product we are happy to investigate the issue by communicating with you on what the problem may be and if it can be resolved without returning the product.

DISCLAIMER: All of our products are handpoured.  Colors may not always be similar to previous products and there may be slight imperfections.  Also note that many oil burners and wax melters work at different temperatures and not all wax melts are suitable for all burners/melters.
